Spain trialing 4-Day work weeks!

95 years after Henry Ford implemented the 5-day working week, Spain has announced that it will become the World’s first to trial a four-day working week.

They hope to try and improve both the company’s bottom line and the work-life balance for employees. There is an estimated 300 mid to large companies trialing this concept, with thousands of employees. Finland and other Scandinavian countries are expected to follow suit.
